When your breathing pattern is off, your body stays in a low-grade state of alert. It affects how well you sleep, how easily you tip into overwhelm, how your mood holds up through the day, and how hard it is to feel settled even when nothing is actually wrong.

This isn't meditation. There's nothing spiritual about it. It's practical work — helping your body breathe the way it was actually designed to. Most people are breathing in a way that keeps them stuck in stress mode without realising it. Changing that pattern changes everything connected to it.
Everyone comes to this differently. The session meets you where you are.
We start with the foundations. How you're actually breathing right now, what's quietly working against you, and how to begin changing it in a way that's simple and practical.
We can move into something more transformational. Less technique, more release. What the body can let go of when it finally feels safe enough.
Depending on what shows up in the session. There's no fixed script.
I'm giving away a small number of private 1-on-1 sessions to people I feel I can genuinely help. This isn't a random draw. I read every response personally and choose based on that.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and breathe. Sessions can be in-person at Hallett Cove, Adelaide, or via Zoom — whichever works best for you.
There was a period of my life where I couldn't function properly.
I was exhausted in a way that sleep didn't fix. I'd spend an entire weekend at home resting — and walk into work on Monday feeling like I'd been up all weekend. Hungover without the party.
And through all of it I still had to show up. I was in corporate — running meetings, presenting to executives, sitting in boardrooms where you're expected to be sharp and in control. Some days I could barely hold the thread of a conversation.
I went to doctors. I had tests. I was told my results were fine. At one point the answer on the table was medication to manage the symptoms — but nobody was looking at what was actually causing them.
It turned out to be toxic mould illness — a condition most doctors don't look for. I wanted to find a different way.
Finding my way back involved a lot of things. But breathwork was one of the practices that genuinely helped my body start to settle in ways nothing else had reached. It didn't fix everything overnight. But it gave me something real to hold onto.
I'm now a qualified Breathwork Practitioner and certified SoulNar Sound Therapist based in Hallett Cove, Adelaide. Grounded, not woo. Just someone who found a way through — and wants to help others do the same.

Sessions are held on weekdays between 9:30am and 3:00pm. In-person at my home in Hallett Cove, Adelaide, or via Zoom — whichever suits you. If timing is tricky, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
